The moment has finally arrived, the actual feast of the Señor Santo Niño!
Sinulog 2011 is finally on the loose! Come and join with me as I journey towards the Sinulog Grand Parade in this year's Grand Fiesta Sinulog celebration!
Every 3rd Sunday of January, we celebrate the feast of our "Balaang Bata sa Sugbu" (Holy Child of Cebu) Señor Santo Niño. We started the celebration with the first day of His Novena masses (usually the first Thursday of the month) and then followed by a solemn procession called, "Walk with Jesus."
As of this moment, you may have discovered two local histories of some of the barangays here in Cebu City. Let me take a quote from a television show, would you agree if they say, "One is not enough, Two is too much, so let's make it one and a half?"
I say, let us make it, "not one, not two, but make it THREE."
